We are back again for more fun this October Half Term 🎃🕸🍂 Everyone’s safety is our absolute priority and therefore we will continue to implement our safety measures introduced this summer.
Here are just some of things we have put in place for Active Stars 2020:
🌟 Small group bubbles (Limited spaces available)
🌟 Hand washing / Sanitising Stations throughout the premises.
🌟frequent cleaning of all toys and equipment
🌟 frequent cleaning of surfaces in between groups
🌟 plenty of fresh air and exercise
🌟 Social distancing points for drop off/pick up
We are kindly asking all our families joining us this half term to please bear with us as we continue to adjust to these new ways of working and put in place these measures for everyone’s safety.
✨ pack suitable outdoor weather clothing, sun hats, sun cream and rain coat and a change of cloths (just in case!)
✨ apply sun cream before attending and pack a named bottle of sun cream in your stars bag to be re applied later in the day.
✨ please do respect our 2m queuing system for drop-off / pick up. If you wish to select an earlier pick up time, please let us know!
✨ bring any required medication in a clearly labelled, sealed container or clear bag with your completed medication form.

Brand new for 2019 Active Stars Holiday club provides local and affordable school holiday fun and activities for all children aged 4-16!
We are proud to host our new holiday club within the grounds of The Stanway School in Colchester. A trusted and respected establishment of the local community which has just completed work on a £7 million expansion project to provide even further opportunities for their students.
We are delighted to offer this new holiday club for young people within the community to provide fun, active and educational activities during the school holidays. As well as convenient for those parents and carers who may continue to work during school holidays, we also look to combat temptations of days spent on computer games or watching TV with fun, active and educational activities. Our primary focus for the children in our care is to provide a safe and stimulating environment to boost confidence, self-esteem and social skills
We are registered with Ofsted and employ qualified members of staff with necessary and relevant training in line with Early Years and Childcare requirements. Whilst offering a 9am-4pm standard day we can also offer the children the option to join us for breakfast in Early Stars or a light snack for those joining us in Extra Stars. What we can guarantee, is that those hours will be full of action packed fun and games which will make your children want to come back again and again!
